I don't think there is a compilation of what you want. Have to go to the web site (if they have one) of each Manufacturer. _________________ GFI Ultra Keyless S-10 with pad (Black of course) TB202 amp, Hilton VP, Steelers Choice sidekick seat

As I previously noted, you have to go to the individual web site for each manufacturer and see if they have a "standard" listed.
Here is the link to GFI's

Hi John , are you asking if manufacturers have different setups for E9th Steels ? The quick answer is probably not. While the knee levers may be in different positions, the setups are more than likely COMMON, at least from the major builders.
If you order a Steel NEW, I suspect each manufacturer is going to ask you what you would like, within the realm of E9th of course. The ABC pedals will all be the same, but they can be CBA vs ABC , Emmons vs Day. The K Levers can be in different positions, RE: the common E 9th set has E raise and E Lower, where you put them may be your choice. Are they on the same leg or are they split .
Other common PULLS/Lowers -2nd string lower, 9th string lower , 1st string raise,2nd string raise, 6 lower, 7 raise , 5 lower etc.. while there are common placements for these pulls/lowers , a builder may ask you where you want them, or make recommendations. They may very well have a standard setup but they can also accommodate your personal desire. As Jack stated, you can reach out to any builder and they will indeed go over it with you.
I dare say that any manufacturer/builder of a new E9th Steel Guitar is not going to reinvent the tuning or common pulls/lowers.
best
