It's a local Public Radio Station out of Nevada City, CA.

This station plays Hawaiian music Sunday mornings. The show is "Kani ka Pila". A lot of slack key guitar and falsetto, but plenty of steel.

You can find the shows in the archive. You might have to step into the play bar a few mins to get the start of the playlist.

There's also Radio Garden for more Hawaiian music, plus thousands of stations, streaming from all over the world.
