Sorry to be a bit off-topic but I think there's a lot of slide involved. I know who but what guitar is that?

Thanks a heap,

Looks like a 60's Teisco. Don't know the model but sure looks like Teisco pickups and switches.

Found it. Google Teisco Zim Gar and look through the images.

To me, the shirt's far more impressive than the guitar.

Slide guitar is absolutely not off-topic. Smile

These are cool and hard to find guitars.

That's a Teisco SS-4L from 1964. I believe they sold for about $79 back then. Mr. Green (Teisco made a TON of 4-pickup guitars.)

It's an SD4L, not an SS4L - different body shape.

Teisco actually made a few "higher end" electrics, that were of better quality than most of the common ones you see out there.. they go for some stupid money these days.

This guy played a Teisco for years back in the day and he wasn't too bad of a player..

the guitar was a teisco T-60... handmade, set neck, and good enough to be played on stage and in the studio in the hands of a truly world class player.... bob

I know who is wearing the shirt, and is pretty good at handling a Teisco and sliding on them.. Ryland Cooder.
