Here is a Jim Ed Brown song I always liked. I personally am not a drinker but love the beat and chord progression to this song. I always thought Jim Ed Brown had such a smooth voice too that was pleasing to the ears. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0x-vP1_GGM
Here is a link to the Alan Jackson version of the same song. Both men had great recordings on the song.

Paul, nice work on this old favorite. Jim Ed was a smooth singer with a wonderful personality. All way back to little Jimmy Brown with his sisters. Pop a Top was on my song list for many years.
