That is... The Eagles Live From the Forum MMXVIII? Whoever he is, he has long hair and glasses, played quite smoothly, and wasn't credited.

It's the Eagles (or the Don Henley Eagles Tribute Band) so not exactly unexpected.  |

I finally found his credit - it was under "strings" with the violins and violas.
