Gary, you have not allowed enough time. Many people only really check the forum on the weekends.
You might get a set screw and repair the pedal and I bet it will sell quickly.
You also did not tell the condition of the pot. A new pot would mean someone would have to spend an additional $35- $50 to make it operable.
That looks like an old PEC pot in there
Just my opinion.
