Iâ€™m trying to help a buddy track down a used HD Plus tuner for his son whoâ€™s buying his first pedal steel today. Iâ€™d love to find him something in the $100-$125 range, which may be on the low end of the range but this is legitimately for a 14 yo whoâ€™s trying to get into the game.
