I tried their email with no response either. Strange.... as it is connected to their website which still seems to be up. Tried to call but the phone number is no longer in service.
The courses come up for sale from time to time on the For Sale music lessons etc here on the forum.

I had ordered my copy of the printed course about a year and a half ago, but maybe it was longer ago than that. It was Scotty's son Michael who was running the business at the time and he seemed to have a great selection of sheet music as well as the DVD and printed Jerry Byrd course. It would be ashamed if this great resource is no longer available.

I used to have that course, with the tapes.
When 4 track cassette recorders first came out, I think that's what Jerry used to make the tapes,
Benny Kalama plays uke. I don't think the tracks were recorded very hot, so there's a lot of tape noise. Jerry plays the track and then there's a rhythm track that follows.
For me, it wasn't just about playing the songs, it was learning techniques to apply for a lifetime.
I highly recommend, even for "pedal pushers" as Jerry used to say.

I bought Jerry's course when I studied under him at Harry's, mid 1990s. It had the audio on casette. It hardly plays after so many years. I would like to buy a CD copy of someone's audio on CD. It would not violate copyright because it's just a change in format for audio I already purchased, and because it is educational material that was already purchased. Anyone able to help can PM me or post here.

Thank You and Very Best Wishes,

I bought this Jerry Byrd course many years ago.
That's where I first learned about the C6th tuning.
