BL 705 to 710 On A Franklin?

I have original chromes and on the E9 they are a little grainy and sharp especially on the 3rd string. Have any Franklin owners here tried both? Paul Jr says they are super close in sound but I'm curious anyway?

My Franklin came with 705's. I changed to 710's. The Franklin still sounded like a Franklin but it was clearer.
