I've had this guitar for a long time--thought it might be interesting. It's English--probably from the 30's or 40's I'd guess. Sounds surprisingly good, but I think it's pretty cool.

Anybody know anything about these? I've had it in the same section of my stuff as my Howson Phono Fiddle...

I know nothing about them, but I would like to! That's very cool. Is the body the case as well? Does the lid come off?

The lid comes off, but the body and the case are one and the same. Kinda reminds me of the later "amp in case" lap steels.

But it was tested and "found correct" at any rate.
