Those two 25w speakers have me worried to death! They're both 16 so I'm guessing the OT is tapped for 8 ohm? |

Not sure Liam it was this way many years ago when I bought it.
It has been used extensively for guitar and steel and works great.
When it was recapped by a very competent amp tech it has never come up until now. _________________ MSA 12 String E9th/B6th Universal.

no worry. the 4 ohm twin output will drive the 8 ohm speaker load with no damage. will be a bit inefficient, but the twin has plenty of power to make up for it.
worry if the output ohms rating of the amp is MORE than the speaker ohms rating. |

As was said, the impedance mismatch is ok, if not ideal. But the speaker wattage is a problem. If you crank that amp the speakers will blow. |
