I just received two N.O.S. Franklin fret boards. They still have the plastic on them. I have no idea why I bought them, but this is about as close to a Franklin as I'll ever get, LOL. If you own a Franklin, you should get these, "just in case". If you can live with the scratches, dings, fading and dents on your Franklin fret board, then you don't need these. They won't make you play better, but you will look better. They aren't cheap, but neither is a Franklin. You wanted one of the best, that's why you own a Franklin, so take care of it. What do you have to trade?

Thanks,

Gary

Getting these fret boards for your Franklin is like insurance. Sooner or later, if you play it long enough, something will happen to your fret boards, either your fault or someone else’s fault. It’s better to have them and not need them, than to need them and not have them, or you can always touch-up your old fret boards with a black sharpie pen and no one will ever notice it, not even you.

I called the second number that you gave me and no answer. The mail-box has not been set-up for that number.
