OMI/Dobro Truss Rod Wrench

Looking for a truss rod wrench/tool for a 70's OMI/Dobro round neck guitar. Due to the size of the cavity nothing I have will get in there! Any help would be awesome!

My guitar tech made me one. He started with a regular allen wrench, removed some the the short end of the "L" and polished it smooth.
