i see what you have now.

if you cant find one, then you will be able to make one.

going the chrome plated steel route will be a LOT of work and expense.

why not consider a two piece aluminum set up. a piece of say 1 1/4 or 1 1/2" angle with the holes drilled to accept the ball ends and then strings to exit to the bridge and then another flat piece butted against that one for the pickup/controls/bridge. i dont know if you can bend that thin a piece of aluminum in one piece to make the 90 degree bend at the edge of the guitar. you can try. best of luck in your restoration/repair.

Yeah, i figured I'd have to fabricate something. This thing was basically free so its a blank slate as far as I'm concerned, i already have a gorgeous stock mots G70 so I'll probably do something different with this one, i dont have a P90 steel, or a Charley Christian....
Could be fun, just need a piece of steel or even stainless with a bend in it, then i can trace the one i have for whatever pickup i want and start carving, i have a drill press, band saw and a Dremel, i should be able to do this.

If you have a 4" vise, you could try making the bend yourself.

I may do that. I'm gonna keep my eyes open for some scrap i can re-purpose, an old bbq or tool box or something.
