I've got a couple fuzz pedals and am trying to decide if either should have a place on my Pedal Steel pedalboard. I've already got a Klon-style overdrive on the board, so basic boost/overdrive is covered.

The first Fuzz is a homemade Fuzz-Face style in a "London Bus" enclosure that I bought at a resale shop. Kind of neat and it's on breadboard so it's easily customizable if I want to later. I posted pictures the exterior and interior of it a while back here:

I'm currently in the process of modifying it for external power.

The second is a Bass Big Muff Pi a friend gifted me with years ago which I am told in the "Normal" mode is actually a very desirable guitar Big Muff. https://www.ehx.com/products/bass-big-muff-pi/

My question is do any of you see any use for these on a Pedal Steel pedalboard? I'm leaning toward the Fuzz face since it's a relatively mild effect and easy to use, but If there's some magic in the Big Muff I'm not against it.

I can probably fit one of them without much difficulty. My current group is a semi-acoustic bass/guitar/PSG folk/rock/country'ish trio so I probably won't be doing anything radical just yet. However, since the space is there for now maybe it's worth putting one on the board for even a bit of occasional fuzz?
