I bought a Telonics pickup years ago. After a fair amount of time I had problems with the adjustable pole pieces. I pulled it and put it in a drawer. I was buying a new bar from them a couple of weeks ago (that I received in 5 days....would have been 3 days but USPS was doing what they do) and it occurred to me to mention the pickup. Sophie said 'send it to us'. I did, 15 days ago. Today I have it back, good as new (or new....I really don't know). Man, I appreciate good service and solid business practices.
Thank you, Telonics.

Hey Jon! Yes. Telonics has great customer service... just great!

I have the Telonics X-10 pick up with two adjustable poles per string. Learning about the whole adjustment process was a little confusing for me at first. However, after a couple of cycles through the process, I can say that it all was worth it. There is a real and significant difference between the X-10 and the single coil I had before.

Dave Beatty sent me a document that was helpful and there is a couple of threads on the adjustment process here on the Forum as well.

Yes--I studied on and applied the methodology back when I originally installed it.
I've got a Telonics blade pickup on my Williams (OEM) and I like it. But I would be tempted to put this new/old 128PW on it, just because. But I don't know that the string spacing will work.

I truly agree with your Telonics assessment. I sent in my old Lemay preamp years ago. They built it but did not sell it, but still stood behind it years later. They are quality and customer service 110%. I would buy their products again in a heart beat!

You don't get much better than Dave Beaty and the folks at Telonic's... We are all blessed to have a company like this supporting this community the way they do.
