Can anyone tell me the size of the MCI knee lever adjustment screws? I want to replace mine with longer screws. I am having some arthritic problems, and need longer screws to get an angle that is easier for me to use. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

Not absolutely sure but 6-32 allen-head set screw would be close. |

I'm not sure they're that big. PSGparts.com is out of stock on the knee levers but does have them listed https://psgparts.com/Lever-Knee-350-100-001.htm
I'd PM Michael Yahl as he'll know and may have correct set screws available to purchase. If you can't get hold of him, I'll try to measure one of my guitar... _________________ '81 Sho-bud LDG, 2 EMCI's |

...until someone can measure one for you...there were several editions of MCI guitars. I dunno if they used all the same screws.
Going by my memory, which is dangerous, I believe the ones on my Rangexpander were 4-40. I know they took a smaller allen wrench size than a 6-32 allen head does.
Here's a pic on the KLs on my old one. Sorry, I don't have any parts left to measure.
HD and Lowes have a bolt and screw sizer in their fastener dep't. Maybe you can measure one of yours there...

Mine too. Mic'd at 0.109 which is very near the major diameter of #4. _________________ '81 Sho-bud LDG, 2 EMCI's |
