Had to swap out the pre-gain knob on my Reno and it got me thinking that I might want to go ahead and swap them all. Seems like an easy visual upgrade since through places like Ali Express you can get packs of set-screw knobs for well under a buck each shipped!

If you're willing, please post pictures of Peavey (or other) amps you've put new knobs on.

I bought a Blonde ToneMaster Twin back in November, and those BF style knobs just didn't seem right with the Blonde Tolex/Oxblood colors, so I bought a bunch of repro cream replacement knobs (I think I got them from Stew Mac).

No numbers screened on the front panel, but that doesn't bother me at all, and I can actually see the 'pointers' easier on stage anyway.

Bill, that does look nice with the cream replacement knobs!

Since I asked the question I should play too. Here's a YBA200 on which I added large Radio Shack knobs.

The stock knobs were all-black (no indicator line) chicken heads. Hard to see on stage and not nearly as cool. Kind of wish I'd kept the Radio Shack knobs when I sold the amp.

When I built my DR, I found a brown face plate, and decided to use the blonde cupcake knobs.

I've always favored the original metal knobs from the Sessions and LTDs, so when this thing became available for $40.00, I pulled the trigger (just for its knobs):

Good stuff guys.
I do like those early Peavey knobs in particular. Probably crazy expensive though.

Looking at some fun options on various sites but haven't decided yet.
