LT playing a double neck steel (Oahu would be my guess) plus a 2nd steel in the band at the right.

Looks like an Oahu Iolana, although his tuners point upward instead of outward and the fretboard in different. Hawaiian meaning of Iolana: "soaring like a hawk". The headstocks would indicate that. The letter "I" in the logo looks like a "J" so a lot of sellers list these as a Jolana, which is incorrect.

I met Leonard T. when he used to come to the PSGA shows in Norwalk years ago, such a nice man and treated everyone like a long lost friend.

Chris Templeton sent me this picture to post of L.T. with some other Characters!

It's the first generation Iolana, built by Kay starting in 1941.

For the last 30 years or more, L.T. has been a regular at the Aloha International Steel Guitar Club and the Hawaiian Steel Guitar Assn. Conventions. He is a superb Steel Guitar Player.

At these conventions, he regularly played the Epiphone D8 without the volume control.

L.T. has a unique ability to play two styles: the Hawaiian style or Country/Western style.

Here is a photo of the guitar at the AISGC convention:
