The fuse is a 4amp 250v ceramic fuse , just wanted to know if it is a fast blow or slow blow type fuse.
Any help would be appreciated.

I believe they are called non indicating/time delay

Also, can I use a glass fuse in my 112 or does it have to be ceramic?
The one I removed was ceramic.
