Hello, I'm new to the forum. I'm looking to add a guitar that's giggable and won't terrify me to travel with. I'm looking for a something around $1000 (but up to $1500 is ok), anything solid and well maintained, I trust people here. Single or double is both fine, I'm open to either. Thanks!

Andrew, you might want to scan the "steel guitars for sale" section of the forum. It's got to be the most accurate steel guitar price guide on the internet.

These are light weight for travel. There are many options for pedals and knee levers. I have one and can verify that they are a pro guitar, very well designed and built. A lot of guitar for the price. Call them - Ron and Fred are very helpful. http://www.justicesteelguitars.com/S10%20Jr.html

I've been looking at those, but I was hoping to get something in the next month so I think I'll have to go the used route

Another vote for the Justice whether it's a new one or the used one Jimmie has.
