Anyone know of where a replacement changer could be had, or the off chance of a suitable replacement? |

I spoke to Mickey yesterday about this issue for another guy and Mickey doesn't have any changers or parts for them.
Mullen had no parts and couldn't help either. I asked Mickey about retrofitting a newer Mullen changer and he said it would not fit due to hole spacing size difference etc. _________________ Cops aren't paid much so I steel at night. |

Wow, that's bad news. I own a pre RP Mullen D10 8x4. I was under the impression that the company would continue to make parts for earlier models. Pleade keep us posted if you find a solution. Is that changer beyond repair? |

Try Chuck Back at Desert Rose Steel Guitars.
I have a Mullen RP and a Desert Rose. The "foot-print" is very similar. Might have to change do a complete changer switch out...but that's not all bad if it solves the problem. |

Don - can you post a clear pic of just one individual finger, removed from the changer bracket, that illustrates the problem you're having with the axle holes? I'm not convinced you couldn't fix them with some appropriately sized sleeve bushings. Also, what is the axle diameter? _________________ All lies and jest, still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest - Paul Simon |

Wow, however did that happen? Time for some manual hammer and file work. |

Bring the changer to me. I can fix it.
I looked at the photos and it can be fixed. |
