Buddy Emmons and The Sound Factory Live in St. Louis 1981, the night Buddy was inducted into the Steel Guitar Hall of Fame. Phil Baugh on guitar, Bob Browning on vocals. Recorded on an old cassette recorder. As always, it's as close as I could get it.
Buddy really took the band into the pocket that night. Come for Buddy's solo at 1:58, stay for Phil Baugh's!

You can also hear this solo on Bill Ferguson's YouTube channel below at about 1:13:05 of Part 1:

Thanks Frank!
How 'bout that slide!
As this performance followed BE's induction into HOF, would either you or Bill Ferguson have an audio recording of BE's actual induction into HOF?
Would be great to hear what Scotty said, and of course BE's comments.
Regards
Ron

Hey Ron -
I went through all my cassettes a couple of years ago and apparently I just didn't record the induction ceremony - aargghh!
I haven't gone completely through Bill's YouTubes yet but I hope he got it.
