During the pandemic, my workday has changed from 8:00 - 5:00 to 7:00 - 4:00.

I go in an hour early and leave an hour early; thereby reducing my exposure to co-workers by 2 hours each workday.

Right?

No you only work 1 hour without co-workers 7:00 to 8:00
They are there from 4:00 to 5:00 but you're not?

No, you only went in an hour early and you were exposed the rest of the day to coworkers...unless they came in at the same time you did...?
