Strongly agree!

(assuming you're not saying knee levers are the greatest things, or bicycles, wooden fences or screwdrivers)

Mine works great on three pedal steels of different sizes.

To solve the problem of always having something convenient to put it on, I got one of those folding metal luggage racks, $20-30 from various places. I can put it in any convenient location, it's the right height to sit in a chair to work on the guitar, and it's plenty sturdy enough for my 1976 MSA D-10 Classic, which ain't no lightweight.

Beyond "highly recommended", I consider it "damn near essential".

Laughing Spit out my coffee at that comment Ross.

Here to say I made a HUGE mistake trying to re-do my U12 copedent jimmied on the case without one of these. Once mine arrived the stress immediately melted, my back felt better, and the job took 1/4 the time.

Didn't realize it could be used as a laptop holder per the thread linked, but now that I'm working from home I may have to pull it out.

You're welcome Stu. I see a lot of photos that post sideways. I think most of them are uploaded from cell phones. I dunno, maybe it has something to do with the size.

All I did for yours was to copy it to my PC, rotate it 90 degrees and repost it here.

Probably one of the moderators might have fixed it in your original post.

I have a home grown cradle that has 2 different size rests, One set for my key head steels and another set for my keyless steel.
Harbor Freight lists a side raising Motor Cycle lift. I have not been in a store when one was set up to really look and measure on it. I would like to see one of these lifts, And figure, If a table could be attached that would be at seated level, Then it could be raised above the seated position so a person could stand and move the guitar to a comfortable height working in the changer end. Or moving those deep inside rods when changing copendents or changing Emmons and Day set up rods.
