It started life as an E-140 8ohm, bass speaker with a ribbed paper. Was re-coned to E130-4 ohm specs by Sound Remedy in Collingswood, NJ, who I've been using for years. Sounds great- lots of chime but not shrill, tons of bottom but not flabby, clear & articulate. I favor the E series because it handles the higher outputs of steel amps. Have used one with a Webb, Session 400 & Nashville 400, never had a speaker failure, I just don't need two anymore. Buyer pays actual shipping.
