I wanted something a little different so I recovered my NV112 with blonde tolex , trimmed with black hardware. I also replaced the vent cover with the ones I make. Stainless steel, painted black. I also added a wood piece on the front , filled the cavity with wood filler and sanded down, to protect the knobs. New bone handle , much better than the original.
Now just need everything to reopen so we can all get back to playing.

Good Job. About like the Tweed one I built back in 2006.

Hey that is very cool. Makes me want to do something even though mine is new.
BTW, is it easy to get it off and do you use a heat gun? |

Recovered mine a while back to match a blue lacquer guitar that I formerly owned, replaced the factory knobs with mini chicken head units at the same time. This is a 2003 model, (one of the first run of Nashville 112's) that my wife pre-ordered as an anniversary gift through Carter guitars. |
