Hello from Finland!
I have a new record out that I would like to bring to your attention:
It`s called â€Collisions†and it is just that, a collection of collisions with some of the best musicians in the world, IMHO.
The cast includes, in addition to the best of the Finnish players, top tier players like Eric Bibb, Chris Cote, Danny Thompson, Dean Parks, Redd Volkaert, Duke Levine and BJ Cole.
Songs written or chosen with the collaborator on each track in mind, so it`s stylistically varied, with my pedal steel, resonator guitar, lap steel and weissenborn being the common link.

| Olli, I got the iTunes download (and it sounds great!), but won't play tunes 2,4, and 5 it keeps telling me my computer is not authorized for these. I've reauthorized and also changed my password to no avail. If you could just email me MP3's on those that might be the simplest solution. PFrei900@sbcglobal.net. |

As for tunings, it`s really simple:
All pedal steel parts played on a fairly standard universal tuning.
All lap steel, weissenborn and dobro parts were played on the standard G dobro tuning.
Capoed or tuned to different keys but the intervals are always 1 3 5 1 3 5, low to high.
