Thanks Johnny , I certainly would do that if I lived anywhere near you. I just don't want to ship it.Thanks for your reply. I remember way back when you played in Flint MI with Cal Smith and let me in the back door of the Whiting Theater. I had played for Justin Tubb the night before and he sent me down to see you. Yes I’m using original parts on everything other than a few things Bruce swapped out in the changer that he believes is for the good. It been a trouble free guitar for 40+ years. There’s not really any wear showing on any of the parts. Considering as many years as it was my only guitar that’s good service. The reason for tearing it down was to refinish the body and clean 40+ years of gunk from the parts.
