I'd like to see how a mockup with the white Emmons chevron below the atomic symbols, or maybe just by itself on the back. No logotype, just chevron. Smile

Here's some rough concepts for y'all. Just some ideas to toss around. Hope you take no offense, Scott! That last one obviously brings in the idea of the Big E, Buddy's nickname, though maybe guys would rather stick with just art found on the steel.

I like Scott's first idea - only apparent to real enthusiasts.

Makes you part of a cult, eh, Roger?

I like that design, too, elegant and mysterious, and no doubt some may ask you what it all means, then you get to wax eloquent about how great the pedal steel guitar is. In my case, I try to warn them against taking up this cocaine-like addiction and mania!. And I'm a teacher! Laughing

Exactly, John! Very Happy

Anyway, those Emmons fret-markers have an arcane and mystical appearance and put me in mind of a Dennis Wheatley novel.

I'm well aware that my FL license-plate - 'E9 C6' - conveys nothing to other road users which almost takes the 'vanity' out of 'vanity-plate'!

I like your suggestions too, John, but I also enjoy a puzzle.

here is a mock-up of my latest t-shirt design, just wondering who all is interested. the shirts will be black Gildan 100% "heavy cotton" tees, available from size Small to 5XL. long sleeves and ladies cuts are also available.

don't have a price yet, but should be in the low 20s for standard sizes... larger sizes and long sleeves will be a few bucks more. I can ship up to 4 or 5 shirts by priority mail for $8.

feel free to contact me via pm or email (please send to sharkdeville@gmail.com as forum emails usually land in my Junk folder) or just respond to this thread. I will make a list of interested buyers and the shirts should be ready in 3-4 weeks. thanks folks

Scott
I’d love to have a few of the previous ones you made before as I’ve worn mine out lol

The reason I like Scott's original atom design...a long time ago on the FDR drive in NYC there was a giant billboard "Cadillac dog food"with a bigass chevron,So every time I see the chevron I think dog food!

Would you be interested in re-creating the Emmons T-shirts I remember from years ago? They may have come from the Emmons Guitar Company--I'd have to look at my old Emmons catalogs. They had either the large logo of the Emmons name over the Chevron emblem, and/or the same logo, but in small pocket size.

thanks everyone for your interest. I'll be ordering the shirts next Monday, and they should be ready a couple weeks after that.

John- I like your ideas but they look a little cluttered to me, and the chevron by itself isn't quite enough... I'm going to stick with just the atoms for now.

Butch- I'd love to do Emmons logo tees but don't want to run into any copyright issues.

Hi Scott,
Please count me in for a couple of short sleeve shirts (1 large and 1 medium), with your original design.
Let me know when they’re ready, and how to pay.
Thanks!

Hey Scott, I would certainly like a couple of those in "Large" please when you begin to produce them. I got a couple from you last time and had a bunch of compliments. Russ Hicks commented he liked those last year and wondered where I got mine! Roger😊
