I am selling this guitar for a friend. It is a Pre-Royal Mullen with the Max-Tone mod. It has 8 floor pedals and 7 knee levers. It is a very smooth playing guitar with a great sound. Asking $3700.

I am not really sure. A non-steeler friend bought the guitar from the guy who had the mod put on. All I know is the guitar plays really smooth and sounds great. Perform a search on the forum, I think it is discussed in multiple locations. I will be traveling in an hour and unable to respond for a day or so.

Thanks,

Joe Rogers

SWEET, I love Lacquer Guitars. I think they have a sweeter tone. Just me I guess.

I have always been fascinated by the max tone mods. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I gathered that this was basically Tommy Youngs technique of fine tuning the sonics of any steel by tightening or loosening certain screws on a given guitar to increase sustain and to get rid of unwanted overtones. It is a very interesting idea. There quite a few testimonials to Tommys work here on the forum.

That is a beautiful guitar. If I had the dough I would buy it myself. Good luck with the sale

The guitar is still available.

I am offshore in the Gulf of Mexico at the moment and do not have the copedent in front of me. I can provide that info in 2 weeks...sorry for the delay.

A few people have asked me about the copedent. Here it is. If someone wants to get the guitar free of shipping charges, there is a good chance I will be going to the Dallas show if only for a day or two. Again, this is NOT my guitar, I am only selling for a friend who is a non-steeler. So, no trades...

Thanks..!!

Does the "MaxTone" sticker come off? I would be interested in the guitar if that comes off.
