My Mullen RP Universal came with 8 pedals and i'm trying to figure out what to do with pedal 8. Would love to get your thoughts on this change and what I can do with it.
String 3 Ab down a half to G
String 6 Ab up a step to Bb
It seems to combine some of pedal 4 and some of pedal 7 but I'm not sure quite what to do with it.
Thanks! _________________ Some gear. |

Near as I can tell, it gives an augmented chord from the 1 position. Not sure what else can be done with the change. _________________ Some gear. |

Thanks all for the replies. Let me reframe the question:
The guitar came with the above change on it, and I’m trying to figure out why and what it can be used for. I’m not necessarily looking for new ideas for a change.
Thanks again!

Hi, Ian.
It appears to be changes that can be used separately and together. The G used for an Em with no pedals (3, 4, 5), and a Edim chord (or C7th without the root) with 3, 4, and 6. There's probably more...... Just my $0.02........Pat.
Note: Using E9 for reference, on a uni, the string numbers may be different. |
