YouTube is great! I was perusing and came across videos of “Town Hall Party”. What I read is it was filmed in Compton, CA during the 50s and early 60s. There are a number of early Johnny Cash, Marty Robbins, Merle Travis, Eddie Cochran videos, just for examples. I haven’t watched them all, but one I liked was of Jenks ‘Tex’ Carman. Great video. Joe Maphis rips it up on 6-string guitar too. And they actually play live!
