John, I wish I knew for sure exactly but I do know he had a knee that lowered string 5 a whole tone. A pedl that lowered string 6 and 9 a whole tone each. I think he had a knee that raised 2 & 6 a half maybe. It's been too long. Bruce Zumsteg will have it written down.
