Not sure the year on this ZB but it is one of the prettiest steels I've ever seen. Beautiful birdseye maple and some tiger flame on the necks.

D11-10, 4P8K standard Emmons E9/C6 with a low E on the E9 neck. LKR lowers the E's. Half stop feel on RKR.

Billy Knowles gave it a once over shortly after I acquired it this summer. It definitely has the ZB sound but also plays like a ZB. As a Tom Brumley fanatic I thought this was my end-all be all guitar but I am too in love with my Williams, so I haven't played this one much.

$1,400 shipped to the lower 48. Located in Nashville for anyone that is local that would be preferable.

Case is solid, but shows signs of normal wear.

Gorgeous instrument.
Can you explain what you mean “ but also plays like a ZB”.?
I’ve heard they have hard pedal action. Is this true of this guitar?

That is some amazing wood on that ZB Shocked Whoa! Very Happy
It also has some of Billy Knowles' balancing yokes, that make it easier to adjust the pulls. Very sweet!!

Exactly John, these guitars have a reputation of having harder pedal action than others and I would say this one affirms that. I don't mind a harder pedal action, but I just find myself playing my Williams more and can't justify keeping this at home.

I don't think they get any prettier than that. That wood is gorgeous.
