So…yes Jagwire is a far superior string……and this is coming from me that is endorsed by them and they won me over from full endorsement by “Ernie Ball”; “D-Addario”, and “GHS” through the years…….. only reason I went with Jagwrie; Danny sent me some to try out and I put them on> .013p; .015p;.012p; .015p;.018p; .022w; .026w;.030w;.034w;.038w(are my current string gauges specified 24” Sho~Bud scale)… after I tuned them up open and pushed any pedal or knee….the string pulled immediately too sharp on raises and too low on lowers(just 3 to 8 cents)…..but that immediately told me this string; SAME gauge as any other manufacturer; pulls more,; so it takes less throw/tension to pull to same pitch as other manufacturer strings…..so that just says: “less tension”> MORE stable pull and longer use before gets worn out…….
