Mispront

I was interviewed recently by the British Steelies Society newsletter, which was great fun - full marks to Roy Heap for putting it together every month.
I have to correct an error, however. It says that for my first gig they "hired me as a drummer". It should have read "hired me and a drummer". I have done some bad things in my time, but playing the drums is not one of them and it's a weight off my mind to have made this clear Smile

Congratulations on the interview.

If I had only read the corrected version (hired me and a drummer), I would still wonder if it was a mispront. Was the gig just you and a drummer?
