Trades considered.

Cons: Non-working tone pot, plug bezel missing, non-original case.

Pros: Repaired tuner pan, strong pickup w no rattle, low serial no 125 (cant remember where I saw that sn), low mileage not a lot of scratches. Sounds like it should

S/n should be stamped in the tuner pan well, probably on the bass side.

Yes thanks its been a while since the repair. I dont remember seeing a date written in there as per usual.

The slot-head screws put it in the early days, I suspect. My 1950 dual pro has all slot-head screws and I know that soon after they were using phillips heads...

I have one just like that, same color too.

Mine has a Tadeo Gomez date of "TG 9-12-52" under the tuner pan, written in pencil.

Fantastic little steels, the sound great.
