As my profile shows I am into Blacksmithing. Send me your drawing and I will use my hand pumped forge and 130 pound anvil to make what you want. If the job warrants it I can use my 365 pound anvil, which by the way is for sale.

Russ,
Good point, about the pedals as levers.
Looking at how the pedal attaches to the pedal rack, it makes me wonder if it would be better to use a "Heliacoil" in the bottom of the guitar body (to attach the pedals as levers usind the original screws) instead of pointed wood screws.
The exisitng rod attachment points on the pedal can be where the cable attaches.

The chrome pedal idea is really interesting, since I happen to have a bunch of them that are just slightly smaller than Fender's but fit Fender guitars. They'd look just slightly odd on a pedalboard next to stock ones (they're just a hhar smaller) but using them forr knee levers is a heck of an idea.
I'd need to figure out how to link 2 of them to the front neck though - wouldn't that be too much of an angle to run cables from a lever in the usual spot to a front neck?
Pullies for LKR and RKR would be pretty easy to find at the hardware store, I'd think. Any pully that would handle 1/16" cable? |

You ar forgetting the most important thing.Paint the pedals black as black gets the best sound.
For even better tone paint the pedal pull rods black also. Do't forget to paint the case black also. |
