Here are a few patterns for pedals Im casting 4 different designs Ive casted other parts for pedal steel guitars , if anyone is interested in a set let me know , they will be at least a 6061 alloy and not can material (its way too soft ) the hole for the pin or shaft can be drilled at 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch |

If you have the talent and equipment to do pedal castings, I hope you will consider the original wide Sho bud pedals. More guys are after those than just about any other.
same with older Emmons pedals.. they are getting hard to find, and I see many guys trying to find them without much luck..... bob _________________ I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!

I've long time wanted longer pedals on my LeGrande. Purchasing a set would depend on the cost for me.
I too will be watching. They look great. BTW, from past threads, I'm not alone in looking for longer Emmons type LaGrange pedals . You'd probably sell quite a few. Me personally, I don't even care if they look like Emmons pedals as long as they would fit in the mounts. Russell.. I am sure someone on the forum would be happy to send you one to copy if you submitted a post requesting it. Those large Bud pedals have become really scarce, and there are always guys trying to buy them. From what I have seen the emmons pedals are just as tough to find these days. I think you would sell quite a few... bob _________________ I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!

I like the narrow bevelled Emmons push pull pedals, but I can't lay my hands on one for you to copy. _________________ Show Pro D10 - amber (8+6), MSA D10 Legend XL Signature - redburst (9+6), Sho-Bud Pro 111 Custom (8+6), Emmons black Push-Pull D10 (8+5), Zum D10 (8x8), Hudson pedal resonator.
