I just got an "improved" model with 24 fret neck, etc. Does the bridge need to be loosened/removed in order to change strings? Looks like a tight fit otherwise and it did come with an allen wrench.
Thanks |

I got a quick and thorough reply from Asher guitars I thought I should share:
Mike,
You shouldn’t have to loosen the bridge..it is a tight fit, but we havent had to remove (or loosen) it to change strings. If it does make it easier, however, the bridge does have steel posts and anchors so it would be fine to loosen and tighten the bridge if needed. No need to readjust the intonation. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Jessica
