On the pickup adjustment screws there is a piece of cork or something that compresses when you are adjusting the pickup. What are they and where can I get some?

They started life as rubber tubing but after 60 odd years end up resembling bits of cork.

They are supposed to look like this.

You could just use springs or google pickup tubing. Available in pre-cut pieces or get a length or surgical tubing.
