Topic: Which Rickenbacker Is This? Value/Price? |

Hi,
Stumbled upon this today. Rickenbacker non-pedal steel guitar. Owner thinks its console 206 and I think that's what it is but LOTS of variants to a noob like me.
Any idea what it's value would be? I'm more after a single neck lap style but if I can determine what a good price is on this one...
But first I gotta know what it is!

I agree it is a 200 (6) I had an 8. I got mine in '56

I was trying to keep the thread closer to top since my previous got 1 response...
I just said I'd look elsewhere...what's the problem?

The problem - IMO - was the comment "so far this forum has not been very helpful." Which sounds rude after such a short time period. It's poor "netiquette" and on forums I've moderated I would have sent a PM suggesting to be more patient.
And if you want to move a thread back to the top, the accepted method is simply posting

If you have ben on forums at all for very many years I'd be surprised if you were not aware of that - so the "not helpful" gets the immediate reaction of "what's wrong with this guy"?
If you weren't aware of bump, though - now you are. But it's STILL impatient to use it after part of a day. Or one day.
Relax - if the post is on the first page someone will usually respond - unless it's REALLY obscure.
