I may have retired from wood work it seems we like to manufacture.
In my endless quest to come up with an affordable DIY Steel Guitar Kit, this is the latest installment.

We call it our Compact Console 22.5 scale Poplar Wood CNC Carved from a solid plank. $99.99 usd + shipping cost.
Less than 31" long and 6 1/4 wide 1.81 inches thick.

These are some of the best most articulated models we have ever made.
Back control pocket for full sized pots, includes a cover plate.
Pickup pocket to fit the humbucker shape, drop in your prefered pickup.
There are more and more cleaner sounding pickups set up in this shape for a cleaner tone.

I pre set the drill points to do the string throughs. No need to measure.

The head stock is set up for 10mm closed back tuners like Grover Rotomatic or many imports.
