scott, due to the fact that it is keyless and i don,t use pedal 4 much, pedal 8 is pedal 4, everything is still under the guitar if you want 8 pedals, it also has 5/knees....thanks jack

has the E9 8th string changer pin been broken and replaced to a higher location in the changer? Looks like it, but perhaps you have the story?

Jack, do you have any close-up pics of the tuning heads? I'm not a potential buyer as I converted to universal, but the design of such things intrigues me, and others too I imagine. They look similar to Williams tuners. I didn't realise Bruce built any keyless steels even though I have a signed copy of his book!

Sorry, Jack - I just noticed you'd already said Sonny made the tuner. I'm acquainted with his work and I know it will be good!

Ian and Jack,,,thanks for the kind words!!! The basic framework was indeed a Williams type design,,,but the string blocks were very misaligned. I just build new blocks and modified the frame works so that everything would be aligned and work properly. It should be a great sounding guitar and certainly a "one off" to be proud of. Big thanks to Jack for letting me help out!!!
