I have finally and reluctantly decided to let go of this fine playing and sounding guitar. It really is a hot rod with strings! Selling to fund need a new machine for my shop. It plays great, sounds great and looks fantastic (at least to me). The original case is in excellent shape also. The pickup is tapped to produce three distinct tones, all of which are good. Sounds like a ZB, and plays like the modern all pull that it is.

Copedant is Emmons ABC

RKL. Lowers B's

RKR Lowers 2 ( w/ half stop) and 9

LKR Lowers E’s

LKL Raises E’s

Shipping is to lower 48. Other places I'll have to get a quote. Please PM with any questions.

Mel, you really know how to tempt a person and destroy a budget!! I know those old RusLer's sound great, just heavy as lead, like ZB's. That thing looks amazing! Good luck with the sale.

How is your guitar product for wheelchair-bound guitar players doing? In production yet? Catch me up, pal!!

All best,
John

great guitars, I used to have one, but it was S12, and I couldn't get used to 12 strings but if you are a 12 string guy, this is a great deal on very nice guitar... I know Norm liked it...

I stopped by to play this Rustler 12.
It has a solid sound and sustain. Reminds me of an MSA.
The paint job is very cool.
I liked the pickup with the 3 coil tap settings. That is useful.
It does need a setup, and Mel knows that.

Unfortunately Mel let me play his pristine ZB. That is as fine a sounding steel as I’ve ever played. That is stuck in my brain.

Mel is a great guy.
Buy with confidence!
John

New price for the weekend. C’mon, you know you are thinking about it, and you’ll be bummed if it gets away!

Also, any set up on this guitar will be minimal. I always assume any instrument will require some tinkering.

This is my S-11 with 5 and 4. I played it exclusively for 26 years doing many gigs and sessions. It sounds like a ZB, but, has the more modern all pull changer. It NEVER failed me, not once! They are great steels, unfortunately, not well known.
Oh! It's a 3 up, 2 down changer.
