Our first Steel Guitar Convention at Bill's Music Shop was a great success. I received many positive comments from both musicians and audience attendees.
Several people were from the Augusta area and were regulars at the Southern Steel Guitar Convention. I spoke to several people from Columbia and Charlotte who had never attended a Steel show.
Buck Reid's workshop was a huge success. We had about 11 attendees.
