Here's my take on the surf guitar classic, Pipeline. I think the tuning would be called Em11. I devised the tuning specifically for this song. The hardest part of this one was making the backing track. Thanks for checking it out.

Thanks. Yes, it's an unusual tuning. I was looking for an easy way to get the notes for Pipeline that included some open strings.
Here's what I came up with.

A
F#
D
B

I would not recommend this tuning as a usable all-round tuning. I just tunnies this way to play this specific song.

Doug that was one of the first songs I learned on 6 strings I haven't heard it for a long time or even thought about it thanks for sharing it now I have to go grab the ole 6 string and see if I can still play it gosh that wa back around 69-or 70 when I learned that mabe even earlier.
