Dave Beaty has done it again! I have one of his first volume pedals which I really like. Probably due to playing on carpet, the power jack became intermitten. Dave and his Telonics team installed a new jack...and installed a new
anodized surface, an updated friction device and returned in short order...all compliments of Telonics! Dave and Telonics certainly set the bench mark for superior service! |

I had a power supply go out on my pedal and Dave sent me a new pedal the next day delivery before I even shipped mine back to him... he is an outstanding person! _________________ Been playing all of my life, Lead Guitar, and Pedal Steel, sing Lead and Harmony.. play other Instruments also but I hate to admit to it.. |

Let me add one more great customer service example: I just rec’d my “new to me†Telonics 500B amp today. I sent an email to Dave asking a couple of tech questions and within an hour, I get a call from Dave! WOW...He took his time and explained in layman’s terms the ins/outs of this fine amp. Before our call ended he had Sophie email me the manual. This is simply customer service above and beyond and I didn’t buy the amp direct from Telonics. I’ve been a customer however with buying my current Telonics vol ped in 2010...a superb pedal IMHO. Thanks again Dave and Sophie...Carl |
