Time to start thinning the herd. 20 years ago I bought this D10 from an old guy who never played it out. It was in such good shape I was scared to take it out afraid of getting a ding. I played it in church for a few weeks last year, I just tuned it up and used it, no issues. It needs some polishing, has a bent key and has two typical cracks between the end plate and the changer. Other than that it's a closet find, it's really hardly been played. Looking for cash to fund other projects. No trades please. Ser# 2691 D Emmons set up. Asking $3795 + Shipping. Case is in excellent condition too.

No sir I do not have the original pickups, I'm not the original owner and he has since passed away. The Lawerence pups were on there when I bought the guitar 20 years ago and the guy I bought the guitar from said they were on there when he bought the guitar. Is it possible Ron Lashley could have installed them for the customer when he ordered the guitar? I believe the pickups themselves are original Bill Lawerence 705s and they sound great. If I had a pair of single coil Emmons pickups from that era would you be interested in the guitar?

Nice looking horn..!! I'm an Emmons, single-coil guy as my favorite pickups. But, BL original 705s are a very good match for Emmons Originals (aka push-pull) guitars as well. They're the best choice for modern day recording when using an Emmons Original as they're quiet.

I would think this horn would sound just fine.

Good luck with your sale, Dyke.
